Do not sell my information

The short answer is that there is nothing to opt out of. Here is the longer one.

Pending review

This document is published while it goes through legal review. It describes what Callfoyer does today and we hold ourselves to it, but the wording may change.

1. We do not sell or share personal information

Callfoyer does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as the CCPA and CPRA define those terms. There is no opt-out to submit because there is no sale to opt out of.

What we do use

Sub-processors that make the product work — telephony, speech, hosting and payments. They act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

2. Exercising your rights anyway

You can still ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. None of the three is self-serve in the app yet, so write to us — we will verify the request before acting on it, and act on it either way.
