Build your agent and call it from your own phone —before anything forwards

Pricing

You pay for minutes. Not for picking up.

No per-call fee and no minimum. You're billed by the second the agent is actually on the line, and nothing at all for a call it never answered. Every plan includes the whole product, billed monthly.

Everything, compared

Plans differ by minutes, seats and whether calls can be answered in Spanish. Every capability is on every plan — no add-ons, and no feature held back for the tier above.

Five columns don't fit a phone. Pick a plan and the list answers for that one.

What counts as a minute

The part everyone else buries

Minutes are counted from the moment the agent answers to the moment it hands the call over or ends it, billed to the second. Your overage rate is on your plan in the app, and you can see the month building before you reach it. A robocall is kept out of your inbox but its seconds still count — we'd rather say that here than surprise you on an invoice.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still unsure? Set it up and call it yourself from your own phone — nothing forwards until you've heard it and said so.

See how setup works
Will my callers know it isn't a person?
It introduces itself as the front desk and never pretends otherwise. If someone asks directly, it tells them. Most callers don't ask — they just want their question answered.
Do I have to change my number?
No, and you don't give it up either. You keep your number and forward it — everything, or only the calls you don't pick up in four rings. We give you the exact code for your carrier, and Callfoyer answers on a new number of its own.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every call has a recording and a transcript, and every action it took is logged with its result. If a rule needs tightening you write it in plain English and it applies to the next call.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
Nothing stops. You'll see it coming in the app well before it happens, and you can move up a plan mid-cycle without losing the difference.
Can it transfer to me when it matters?
Yes, and only under the conditions you set — an existing customer, a named person, an emergency word. It hands over with a one-line summary so you're not starting cold.
Who can hear my recordings?
You and the team members you invite, at the permission level you give them. Our support staff cannot browse accounts: opening yours creates a session that expires, is logged against the staff member's name, and cannot reach our own staff tooling.

Twenty minutes from now

Somebody is going to call while you're reading this.

Building it is free and takes about twenty minutes — you hear it in your own greeting before you decide anything. Pick a plan and a number when you want it answering for real, and turn the forwarding off in one tap if you hate it.
