Build your agent and call it from your own phone —before anything forwards

Legal

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Callfoyer, Inc. Plain where it can be, precise where it has to be.

Pending review

This document is published while it goes through legal review. It describes what Callfoyer does today and we hold ourselves to it, but the wording may change.

1. Your account

You are responsible for what your agent says on your behalf, because you write the rules it follows and approve the profile it answers from. You are also responsible for keeping your team's access current.

2. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Included minutes reset each cycle and do not roll over. Minutes beyond your allowance are charged at the overage rate shown on your plan in the app, billed to the second. You can change plan mid-cycle and the difference is prorated.

A call the agent never answers is not billed. A robocall it does answer is billed for the seconds it was on the line, even though we keep it out of your inbox.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Callfoyer to place outbound marketing calls, to impersonate a person, or to record conversations where you do not have the right to do so. We will suspend an account that does.

4. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time and keep the rest of the cycle you have paid for. Turning forwarding off at your carrier takes effect immediately and does not require us. Your own number never leaves your carrier, so there is nothing to port back.
