Build your agent and call it from your own phone —before anything forwards

Support

Sort it yourself, or get a person.

Most things you'll want are two clicks away in the app. For everything else there is a human, and they wrote the thing you are asking about.

Common topics

  • Forwarding your number

Carrier codes, conditional vs. unconditional, and how to undo it in one dial.

  • Fixing what the agent says

Editing your profile, writing a rule in plain English, and closing a knowledge gap.

  • Calendar and booking

Connecting Google Calendar, slot lengths, buffers and the waitlist.

  • Billing and minutes

What counts as a minute, changing plan mid-cycle, invoices and receipts.

  • Team and permissions

Inviting people, what each role can see, and removing access when someone leaves.

  • Recordings and retention

Deleting a call, changing how long things are kept, and exporting your history.

Write to a person

Support is the people who build the thing. No tiers, no bot, no ticket number you have to quote back at us.

support@callfoyer.com

Put your number in the subject line if your line is down, so we can see it first.

Before you write

Four things that answer most of what reaches us, and are faster than we are:

  • The call record shows every action the agent took and its result.
  • A wrong answer is almost always a knowledge gap — check the gaps list first.
  • If nothing is reaching the agent, dial your own number and listen.
  • Billing questions are answered in full on the pricing page.

Twenty minutes from now

Somebody is going to call while you're reading this.

Building it is free and takes about twenty minutes — you hear it in your own greeting before you decide anything. Pick a plan and a number when you want it answering for real, and turn the forwarding off in one tap if you hate it.
