The Cedar Street listing rings during a closing.
A listing call is worth answering in seconds and impossible to answer at a showing. Callfoyer answers what is on the listing, books the viewing on your real calendar, and stays off every subject fair housing puts out of bounds.
How it sorts a listing call
YOUR RULES- Viewing
- Wants to see a property that's availableChecks the listing status, then books on your real calendar
- Listing
- Price, size, taxes, what's includedAnswers from the listing itself, and nothing beyond it
- Seller
- Thinking about listing their own placeTakes the address and books the valuation appointment
- Refuse
- “What are the schools and the neighbours like?”Steering questions stop here — it redirects to public sources
What listing callers ask
Four are the listing. Two you must not answer.
Answered from the listing itself and your real showing calendar, never with a view on a neighbourhood.
- “Is the one on Cedar still available?”
- Checks the listing status before it says a word, then books the showing while they're still on the line.
- “What are the taxes and the HOA?”
- Reads the figures on the listing. It estimates nothing the listing doesn't state.
- “What's the neighbourhood like?”
- Doesn't answer it. It offers the public sources and moves the call back to the property.
- “Can I see it on Saturday?”
- Books the showing on your real calendar, with the access notes your seller set.
- “What's my house worth?”
- Takes the address and books the valuation. It never puts a number on a house.
- “Will they take less?”
- Doesn't negotiate. It records the interest and routes it straight to you.
Vertical-specific module
The line it does not cross
A plumbing page argues that the agent acts decisively. A real-estate page has to argue the opposite: that it stops, because the friendly answer to “what's the area like?” is the one that costs you a fair-housing complaint. It already declines anything your profile doesn't cover — these are the four refusals worth writing out explicitly before you forward a single call.
Read the security notesNever characterises a neighbourhood
Not the schools, not who lives there, not whether it's safe or family-friendly. Write that rule and it redirects to public sources every time.
Values nothing
It takes the address and books the valuation. It never puts a figure on a property, a rent, or what an offer should be.
Negotiates nothing
Offers, counters and price flexibility go to you. It records the interest and routes it, and commits to none of it.
Every call is a record you can check
Recording, transcript, and each action it took with its result. Our support staff can't browse accounts: opening yours creates a session that expires and is recorded against their name, and it can't reach our own staff tooling.

Twenty minutes from now
Somebody is going to call while you're reading this.
Building it is free and takes about twenty minutes — you hear it in your own greeting before you decide anything. Pick a plan and a number when you want it answering for real, and turn the forwarding off in one tap if you hate it.
